Hi there — I just discovered your site, catalog & shop. Beautiful things. But – what really excited me is where you live!! I’m a Yooper girl from way back too. Well, a summer Yooper girl. I h ave going “Up North” my whole life My family has a cabin on Lake Michigan (Naubinway) and have been spending our summer’s there since my grandparents started in the 30′s. It’s not everyday I am blog surfing and I find a UP girl doing such beautiful work. Exciting.
Sadly – work is keeping me away from the lake this summer. But, your pictures tide me over until I can cross the bridge again and refresh my senses as only the UP can.
